When will my wine be delivered?

We will be delivering your wine on the 15th of every month between the hours of 4pm - 8pm.

Do I have to pay a delivery fee?

No, we are the only wine club here in the valley who deliver your curated collection to your door and are happy to waive that fee with your membership.

Do I have to be there to accept delivery of my wine?

Yes. All alcoholic beverage deliveries legally require you to present an ID of an adult 21 or older.

I missed my delivery. Now what?

If the delivery was unsuccessful, please contact us at 208-271-9727 to make arrangements to pick up at our facility located at the Ten Mile exit. Your wine will be held at the facility for a maximum of 30 days.

When will my credit card be charged?

You will be billed the same day each month depending on when you sign up. If you would like to be billed on a specific date please reach out to our team at 208-271-9727 and we can update this on our end.

How do I change my credit card information?

To make payment changes please contact us at 208-271-9727 and we would be happy to update your card information.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel after a 3 month billing cycle by calling us at 1-208-271-9727. If you do decide to cancel, we would appreciate your feedback, which we can use to improve our offering.

I loved the wines I received with my club shipment - where can I buy more?

Based on feedback and demand we may have some of the wine offered through the Crave Delivery app.

What happens if I really dislike one of the wines I receive in a club shipment?

Wine club is designed to help you try wines that are not typically available at your local grocery store or restaurants. Our hope is that you have the opportunity to try wines that you would not typically have access to. Please contact us at 208-271-9727 if you have any concerns or questions about your wine.
