It was impossible to find perfectly chewy boba with freshly brewed tea and healthy ingredients in Los Angeles so we started making it ourselves in 2017 with the opening of our first store. Then the Matcha Royale happened. In our West LA store we created a delicious combination of freshly whisked matcha and fruit puree. The drink was such a smash hit that we opened another location on Melrose in the Fairfax District so our guests didn’t have to navigate the 405 freeway. After thousands of in-store tastings we launched our line of PERCOLATE canned matcha. Born from the most popular drinks our Sparkling Matcha and Collagen Matcha are available to purchase all over the US.
