We keep our concept cutting-edge by always maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness and seasonality of our food and drinks.  Mai Thai focuses on improving the quality of life in the local community and beyond, through regular donations and fundraisers. They proudly donate to local charities including The Idaho Foodbank, Women’s & Children’s Alliance, Boys & Girls Club of Ada County, Agency For New Americans, and Boise Rescue Mission. Mai Thai Meridian has been one of the forerunners of the Crave Cares program, which donates hundreds of meals a week to food-insecure families in Idaho.
