The lovechild of both him and Michael Mina, Buddha Bowl was created to offer healthy cuisine with an unparalleled amount of flavor. Both chefs worked tirelessly to create a cooking method and specialized wok to eliminate the refined oils, sugar, and soy found in traditional stir fry dishes. They’ve trademarked this technology and cooking method, heated using Japanese white charcoal, to bring incredible build-your-own and chef-special “buddha bowls” to big appetites across the Treasure Valley.
