Hot Chicken meets Japanese Karaage, Tokyo Hot Chicken is the best of two worlds, combining the Nashville Classic with Japanese flavors and ingredients. This unique concept delivers food that has bold flavors, and that is satisfying and crave worthy. The Tokyo Hot Chicken menu features buckets of chicken (a mix of drums, wings, thighs); chicken tenders; and a hand-held togarashi chicken snacker served with a kimchi slaw and spicy kewpie. Tokyo Hot Chicken also offers a menu of signature dipping sauces, such as Chukka Tare with soy, sesame, chili; the Yum Yum Sauce with kewpie and furikake; Yuzu Kosho Honey; Matcha Sea Salt; and our signature Tokyo Secret Hot sauce with chili and yuzu. To round out the menu, Tokyo Hot Chicken offers a delicious menu of sides. Favorites include the Furikake French Fries; Togarashi ‘Parker’ Rolls; Wasabi Mashed Potatoes; Red Miso Corn; and Marinated Cucumbers and Watermelon.

Omakase is the latest culinary vision of Sushi Chef Ichiro Takao. Chef Ichiro was born in Osaka, known as ‘the kitchen of Japan’, then moved to a nearby seaside town of Kushimoto which is where his life long culinary journey began. Starting as a teen in the kitchen of his family’s 400 seat ocean front restaurant, he worked long hours observing the best of what each of his chef parents skills could offer. Chef Ichiro was trained in the Western Japanese style of sushi, known as ‘Osaka Style’ and known for its tenderness, natural balance of sweet and spicy, and a rich depth of flavors.

Crave was created to bring hospitality to in-home dining experiences for food lovers everywhere. 
Award winning chefs now have a place to create and a delivery option that's as focused on quality as they are. Each customized kitchen at every Crave Collective houses a unique array of world-class award winning restaurants preparing their most popular dishes - exclusively available for pick up at Crave or delivered through Crave's own employee mobile servers right to your door.

Current food delivery apps and remote kitchen facilities rely on third party providers who come between the restaurants and consumers. Crave Hospitality provides it all to restaurants and their customers.  Crave hosts restaurant partners in our Collectives and provides them with technology, marketing, and mobile servers resulting in complete control and accountability while establishing a direct connection between chefs and the guests who enjoy their food.
